What does it mean that the song "Oh No, Not Me" sung by Roger Whittaker is (sometimes) called and said to be as "The Helsinki Song" or as "The Song Of Helsinki" away back in the year 1975?

I like this song very much, but I have never heard it to be called "The Helsinki Song". Where have you got this information? I have the song on a Philips album "All of My Life" from 1974.
